ไฉ่ซิงเอี๊ย (財神) คือเทพเจ้าแห่งโชคลาภและทรัพย์สินตามความเชื่อของชาวจีน ผู้ดูแลเรื่องเงินทอง การค้าขาย และความมั่งคั่ง ความเชื่อนี้เดินทางมาสู่ประเทศไทยพร้อมกับชาวจีนโพ้นทะเลกลุ่มแต้จิ๋วและฮกเกี้ยน และฝังรากลึกอยู่ในวัฒนธรรมไทยเชื้อสายจีน โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเทศกาลตรุษจีนที่ผู้คนนิยมไหว้ขอพรให้ร่ำรวยตลอดปี Cai Shen is the Chinese god of wealth and fortune, watching over money, commerce, and prosperity. The veneration travelled to Thailand with the Teochew and Hokkien diaspora and is now woven into Thai-Chinese culture — most visibly at Chinese New Year, when people pray to him for a prosperous year.
